Parents learn about “Real Food” at James McQueen
We had the pleasure of meeting with approximately 50 parents at James McQueen Public School here in Fergus on January 26, along with Amy Waugh, local dietician with the Upper Grand Family Health team, to talk about “real food”.  We had a great discussion on how to feed your family healthy meals – portion sizes, balance, variety, including more fruits and veggies, quick easy tips, staying on budget, etc.  I have included our handout materials on as a post titled “Real Food”.  Thank you so much to the “Greener McQueen” parents for organizing such an informative evening for everyone!
