Just in time for Valentine’s Day we are thrilled to introduce local chocolate maker, Emily, of Cocoa Beau!
Cocoa Beau was born out of a passion for delicious things. When Emily started working at a chocolate and bake shop during her studies at Le Cordon Bleu, she learned how to be creative from a master chocolatier. Now, Emily is channeling that creativity into Cocoa Beau, a passion-project-turned-fully-fledged business delivering bespoke, small-batch locally made chocolate products.
