The late Anita Stewart, who was a friend and enthusiastic Fraberts supporter, started this event to help Canadian beef farmers through the BSE (mad cow) crisis over twenty years ago. Anita’s mantra was “Canada IS food and the world is richer for it”. We couldn’t agree more!
