We are proud to offer organic greens from Hoppy Fields, a small-scale, organically run farm located just north of Fergus. Named after the abundant frogs and toads that thrive in their neighbouring forest and wetland ecosystem, this small, organically run farm is owned and operated by TJ Radcliffe, whose unique background brings a whole new level of expertise to local agriculture. TJ first developed an interest in organic and regenerative farming practices while completing his university degree in Geography and Environmental Science in Montreal. Combining that ecological foundation with more than a decade of experience working as a professional chef in restaurants around the world, TJ has a deep understanding of flavour and quality. His culinary career directly inspires the delicious, nutrient-dense vegetable varieties he chooses to grow, ensuring that everything harvested at Hoppy Fields Farm tastes just as good as it is for the soil.
