Jackie had the pleasure of participating in the Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program (AALP) with the second generation, Tim Schinkel, prior to the creation of Fraberts, where she had the opportunity to tour their facility and try some of their delicious products. There was no question that we would sell Schinkel’s meat once we opened!

Now a multi-generational family affair, Schinkel’s maintains its dedication to the craft, using traditional methods and simple, clean ingredients. They have won nearly 40 awards for their delicious spiral sliced hams, bacon, weiners, and deli meats.
