Take the stress and mess out of your family gathering and let us do the cooking!  Our famous turkey dinner specials grow in popularity every eating holiday.

Chefs Derek and Greg season and roast 15-17lb fresh local turkeys then vac pack them in pieces (breasts and legs separate) to maximize freshness and seal in moisture.  This is done right in our very own kitchen and provides a generous amount of meat for 12.  We also provide a dinner for 6 option which is half the 15-17lb turkey (one breast and one leg).

Included in the dinner is creamy mashed potatoes, maple roasted root veggies (a mix of carrots, parsnips, rutabaga, sweet potatoes etc.), stuffing (gluten free option available), gravy (which is gluten free), and our delicious drunken cranberry sauce.

Everything is packed up and ready to serve “family style” and comes cold with re-heating instructions.  We do not pre-slice the turkey in order to preserve freshness and to avoid the meat drying out when re-heated.  While all the sides come in containers which can be used for reheating, for the turkey you will need a roasting pan or a large pot to reheat in the vac pack bag.

Re-heating can be done in an hour.  Spend more time with your family and less time in the kitchen!

Oh, and we highly recommend adding our homemade pies for dessert.
