Valentines Day is Coming
Special for Valentines Day – and perhaps every weekend depending on response – we are offering “Simply Irresistible” gourmet filled cupcakes – “cupcakes for grownups”. Brenda brought some by to sample and they are absolutely delicious! Handmade in small batches with the best ingredients – real butter, whipped cream and real fruit preserves – yum! Order ahead to avoid disappointment – chocolate decadence, lemon heaven, raspberry almond dream, and pumpkin spice. They even come in a lovely box – the perfect Valentines Day treat for your loved one(s)!

Parents learn about “Real Food” at James McQueen
We had the pleasure of meeting with approximately 50 parents at James McQueen Public School here in Fergus on January 26, along with Amy Waugh, local dietician with the Upper Grand Family Health team, to talk about “real food”. We had a great discussion on how to feed your family healthy meals – portion sizes, balance, variety, including more fruits and veggies, quick easy tips, staying on budget, etc. I have included our handout materials on www.frabertsfreshfood.com as a post titled “Real Food”.
