Whole Hog BBQ a Smashing Success!
We had a great time at the 3rd Annual Whole Hog BBQ and are proud to report we placed third! Chef Derek and Smoker Julian paired up to create delicious smoked porchetta, roasted hams and shoulders, and head cheese. This event sold out over 2 weeks ahead of time this year…so don’t miss it next year – already set for September 10 – always the first Sunday after Labour Day weekend.
