Wow – all I can say is thank you! Thank you to this terrific community for supporting us in our dream. Fraberts Fresh Food’s 5th birthday party on Saturday was a smashing success! Thanks to all who joined us and/or wished us well.
Congratulations to Daphne Pickle, winner of $50 in Fraberts bucks, through our “Why do you shop at Fraberts?” draw. We collected about 150 entries, and are thrilled to report that the #1 reason mentioned was the outstanding customer service, at 53%. Rounding out the top five reasons was freshness, local food, high quality, and the ready-made meals/pizzas/sandwiches. Thanks to all who filled out ballots or submitted comments electronically, lots of heartwarming feedback and some chuckles too!
Thank you to local band, Vinyl Sons, for providing terrific music to set the mood. Thanks to our suppliers – Sheldon Creek, Alba Lisa, and Olivar – for sampling out your yummy products for our customers to try. Thank you to Wendy Ryckman at WR Designs, The Flower Co. for the gorgeous flowers – everyone comments on them at our cash counter. Thank you Deb Dalziel for the kind words and prosecco – it was perfect for celebrating at the end of the day!
The last 5 years have been a complete blur – we can’t believe we’ve been here that long already. Time flies when you are having fun. Thanks to your support, we hope to be here for many, many more years to come!
