Our 5 rare “Artisan Gold” turkeys have arrived! Two have been reserved – three are left. Raised locally in Winterbourne, they are a rare, black-feathered heritage breed, originally from France. They are grown more slowly, and raised with more space to roam and express natural behaviours. Artisan Gold turkeys have a unique rich taste and texture. The 5 we received are about 9lb in size.
